Joohyun Lee

Welcome to my site! I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

My research explores the intersections of labor economics, gender economics, and public economics, with a focus on understanding wage dynamics.

My JMP explores the dynamics of the gender gap in wage growth during the early careers of millennials, emphasizing the roles of job mobility and experience during family formation.
